We know the best kind of mail is horse mail. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your SS Club order from us in Otago to your door.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer simple $12 flat-rate shipping throughout New Zealand — including rural addresses.

No rural surcharge and no surprises at checkout.

Order Processing

We aim to have orders packed and on their way within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During launches, sales and particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If we expect any significant delays, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, most New Zealand orders are expected to arrive within approximately:

Urban addresses: 1–3 business days
Rural addresses: 2–5 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Courier delays, weather and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected.

Rural Delivery

Horse people tend to live off the beaten track — we get it.

Our $12 flat shipping rate includes rural New Zealand addresses, so you won't be charged an additional rural delivery fee.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update the address before your order leaves us.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrectly supplied address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have gone missing in transit, please contact us at ssclub@outlook.co.nz with your order number and any relevant photos or information.

We’ll work with the courier to investigate and help get things sorted.

International Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only — but we have bigger plans for the Club.
