OUR STORY
A girl with a dream, a love of horses and an idea that just wouldn’t go away.
SS Club was born in Otago, New Zealand, from a lifelong love of horses and a dream to create something of our own.
I’m a mum of two, and like many mums, life is busy. Between family, horses and everything in between, the idea for SS Club came to me at a time when our household was hit with the flu.
What started as an idea quickly became something I couldn’t stop thinking about. I wanted to run with it, create something special and finally bring a dream to life.
If you’ve spent any time around horses, you’ll know that it’s more than just a hobby. It’s the early mornings, the muddy boots, the long days at the stables, the excitement of competition days and, of course, the endless amount of gear that comes with it all.
It’s a lifestyle, and one that has always been a huge part of my life.
SS Club started with a simple idea: to create beautiful, practical pieces that make life with horses a little more organised, without compromising on style.
I wanted to create things I’d genuinely love to use myself. Pieces that are thoughtfully designed, practical and made to fit naturally into the way we live and work with our horses.
Every detail matters, from how a bag looks on the outside to how it works on the inside.
